With the rapid growth and successful expansion program in the Kalimantan since 2004 with a land bank in excess 250,000 hectares, we hereby invite highly motivated and dynamic Indonesian/Malaysian individuals to apply for the following positions :

Mill Technical Advisor
(to be based at Sumatra Barat)

Criteria :
  • Be mill advisor or senior mill engineer and have a good career
  • Be able to provide Technical Advisory and to troubleshoot and fix all technical problem
  • Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  • Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Reports to Chief Plantation Controller

Mill Managers

Criteria:
  • Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record
  • Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency
  • Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course for Palm Oil Engineers
  • Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
  • Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage

Estate Managers

Duties:
To be responsible in developing and managing +10-15 thousands hectares of oil palm plantations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
  • Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline /AISP/LISP
  • Candidates with Indonesian/Kalimantan planting experience will have a better advantage
  • Possess substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle
  • Possess the capacity to deal with the development of "Kebun Plasma"
  • Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
  • Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where "Adat" land is involved
